Spanish Butter Beans*

Serves 4 (2/3 cup)
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tbsps Splenda Granular
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 (15 oz) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute onion
for 5 minutes or just until tender. Add undrained tomatoes, Splenda, and
black pepper. Stir in butter beans. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally.
