    2 Pouches Boca Crumbles (there are 3 pouches in a box)
    1 Large Onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) Can Tomato Paste
    2 Tablespoons Vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
    1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper (Optional)
    22 oz. (About 10 Cups) Shredded Cabbage

    In a large pot, cook Boca crumbles and onion until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 15-20 minutes or until cabbage has reached desired tenderness.

    Serves: 7 (1 Cup Each)
