List of Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 cup onions, chopped
6-7/8 ozs Hamburger Helper Chili Macaroni
3-1/2 cup water
3 tsps chili powder
14-1/2 ozs no-salt-added whole tomatoes, undrained and cut up
15-1/2 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
8-1/2 ozs frozen corn, thawed
1/2 tsp salt
In a large saucepan, cook beef and onions until beef no longer pink. Stir in sauce mix from package, water, chili powder, tomatoes, beans, corn, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked macaroni from package. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until macaroni is done. Uncover and remove from heat.
