    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 c fresh broccoli chopped
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 scant cup (4 1/2 oz) diced extra lean ham
    3 c cooked noodles rinsed and drained
    3/4 c Yoplait fat free plain yogurt
    1/3 c Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/4 c Kraft fat free Parmesan cheese
    1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic (I used fresh garlic)

    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray saute broccoli,ham,onion and fresh garlic until broccoli is tender stirring occasionally. Stir in noodles.
    In a samll bowl combine yogurt, dry milk powder, cornstarch and Parmesan cheese (also dried minced garlic if using). Add to noodle mixture. Mix gently to combine. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or til mixture is heated through,stirring often.

    Serves 6 (Scant 1 cup)
