    Tostado Grande

    16 oz. ground 90%lean beef or turkey
    1 cup (8 oz. can) Hunt's tomato sauce
    3/4 cup chunky salsa (mild, med. or hot) *
    2 T. Jo's taco seasoning *
    1 (10 oz) pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
    10 oz. (16 oz. can) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    Full 1/2 cup (2 1/4 oz.) shredded Kraft reduced fat cheddar cheese
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1/4 cup chopped onion

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet sprayed with olive-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Stir in tomato sauce, 1/2 cup salsa, and 1 tablespoon Jo's taco seasoning. Lower heat and simmer 10 min. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Pat biscuits into and ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. In a med bowl, mash pinto beans with a potato masher. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup salsa and remaining tablespoon taco seasoning. Spread bean mixture evenly over dough. Top with meat mixture. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle cheese over meat. Layer lettuce, tomato, and onion over top. divide into 8 servings. Serve at once.
