    Cheesy Crockpot Chicken and Rice

    1 can RF Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can Rotel Tomatoes
    1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
    1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast or tenderloins.
    1 c. water
    2 c. white rice

    If using chicken breasts, I cut them up into 4 strips each. If using tenderloins, I do not cut them. Place the chicken in the bottom of crockpot. Then in a large bowl, mix together the Rotels, Cheddar Cheese soup and the RF Cream of Chicken soup. Once they are mixed well, pour them over the chicken and stir it all together. Then stir in 1 c. water. Cook on low all day. 30 minutes before you are ready to eat, add the rice and turn crockpot to high. Keep an eye on it and stir it often to keep it from sticking to pot. The rice will soak up all the water as it cooks. Once the rice is soft, you are ready to serve. 7 points per serving
