1-32oz. Plain FF yogurt
1-pkg of jello instant SF White Chocolate pudding
1-20oz can of unsweet crused pineapple(drain the juice)

First mix together Plain FF yogurt And SF White chocolate pudding . Then add the pineapple(drain the juice)Then mix all ingredients together.
Can be served right a way or chill for at least 30/40minutes
If not on core 1/2 cup should be 1pt!
