List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef (I used 90% 10%)
1/4 cup onion (or 1 tbsp. minced onion)
23 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
2 cups RF cheddar cheese or Taco Cheese
(Can make taco cheese by combining 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese with 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning)
1 can RF crescent rolls
Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add tomato sauce, kidney beans and taco seasoning.
Lower heat & simmer.
Roll out crescent rolls into a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with PAM, make sure to seal perforations.
Bake rolls at 350 for 6-8 min. or until lightly browned.
Spread mixture over crust.
Bake for approx. 10 min.
Sprinkle cheese over top and bake approx. 5 min. or until cheese is melted. 8 servings at 7 points each
