    Cooking Healthy with Splenda by JoAnna M. Lund

    List of Ingredients





    Serves 4 (1 cup)

    1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 to 3 drops hot sauce (or more to taste)
    1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
    1 cup uncooked instant rice
    1 (5 oz) pkg frozen shrimp, cooked and drained
    1-1/2 tsps chili seasoning
    1 tbsp Splenda Granular
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes

    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, combine
    tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, and hot sauce. Bring mixture to a boil.
    Add peas, uncooked rice; shrimp, chili seasoning, Splenda, and parsley. Mix
    well to combine. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring
    occasionally.
