    Recipe Introduction


    Serves 4 (1 cup)

    List of Ingredients





    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 cup water
    2 tbsps Splenda Granular
    1/2 tsp chili seasoning
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1-1/2 cups diced extra-lean ham
    1 cup uncooked instant rice

    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute onion
    and celery for 8 minutes or just until celery is tender. Stir in undrained
    tomatoes, water, Splenda, chili seasoning, and parsley flakes. Add ham and
    uncooked rice. Mix well to combine. Lower heat; cover, and simmer for 15
    minutes or until vegetables and rice are tender, stirring occasionally.
