List of Ingredients
3 tbls water
1/2 Zucchini (sliced into bite size)
1/2 Summer Squash (sliced into bite size)
1/3 Cucumber (sliced into bite size)
1/3 Red Pepper (sliced into bite size)
3 tbls salsa
1 tbls Black beans rinsed and drained
1 tortilla
Recipe
Put the water, zucchini, squash, red pepper and cucumber in a frying pan and let it all heat up..Then add the salsa and black beans. Put the tortilla in the microwave for 20 seconds to heat it up.. Then put the stuff from the frying pan in the middle of the taco, wrapped it up..
Eat & Enjoy! Serves 1.
