    Blueberry Trail Biscuits

    1 1/2 cups Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    1/4 cup Splenda
    2 TBSP (1/2 oz) chopped pecans
    2 TBSP Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    1/2 cup Diet Mountain Dew
    1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

    Prehaet oven to 415*.
    Spray a cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl combine baking mix, Splenda and pecans. Add sour cream and Diet Mountain Dew. Mix to combine. Fold in blueberries. Drop by TBSP on baking sheet to form 8 biscuits. Bake 10-14 minutes. Let cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
