Jo's Fettuccini Alfredo*

1 recipe Jo's Evaporated Skim Milk
1 tabl. + 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup ( 1 1/2 oz) grated Kraft Fat Free Parmesan cheese
2 cups hot cooked ettuccini, rinsed and drained
In a large skllet, combine Jo's Evaporated Skim Milk, margarine, and parsley flakes. Cook over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Add Parmesan cheese and hot fettuccine. Mix well to combine. Continue cooking for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve at once.
HINT: 1 1/2 cups uncooked fettuccine usually cooks to about 2 cups.
