List of Ingredients
-----CRUST-----
1 cup Sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 tablespoon butter -- or margarine
3 tablespoons water -- to 5
-----TOPPING-----
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
2 cups vegetables -- thinly sliced
Such as onion, tomatoes,
Mushrooms, green pepper
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
3 ounces lowfat mozzarella cheese
-----SERVE WITH-----
mixed salad greens
2 tablespoons low-calorie dressing
1) Pre-heat oven to 400degrees.
2) For crust, in bowl, combine flour, baking powder and oregano.
3) With fingertips, work in butter until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal.
4) Stir quickly with a fork, while slowly pouring in enough water to make
soft dough.
5) On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 8 times.
6) Roll dough to fit a 10-inch pie or pizza pan. Press dough into pan.
7) Spread with spaghetti sauce.
8) Arrange sliced vegetables over crust. Sprinkle with oregano and cheese.
9) Bake 30 minutes.
10) Serve with Freebie salad/dressing and black coffee or tea.
