    BAKED CHICKEN WITH CREAM SAUCE *****

    4 (3 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 can reduced calorie Cream of Mushroom soup
    ½ cup reduced calorie sour cream (20 calories per Tablespoon)
    1 (2 oz) pkg. pressed beef (90% lean)

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line bottom of 8x8 baking dish with pressed beef. Place chicken on top of beef. Mix sour cream and soup together. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake 1 hour.

    Serves 4

    Each serving equals: 3 Protein; 63 optional calories
