    1 pkg taco seasoning
    4 4oz chicken breast
    1 cup salsa
    1/4 fat free sour cream

    Instructions

    Coat chicken with taco seasoning. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes in a casserole dish sprayed with pam. Add salsa over top chicken when there is 5 minutes left. Top with sour cream. 4 servings at 4 points each
