Ultra Easy Chicken Cacciatore

16 ounces skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces
1 cup (one 4 ounce can) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup (one 8 ounce can) Hunt's tomato sauce
1/3 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian dressing
In a large skillet sprayed with butter flavored spray, brown chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle mushrooms, onion and green pepper over chicken. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce and Italian dressing. Evenly spoon sauce mix over top. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables and chicken are tender, stirring occasionally. When serving, evenly spoon sauce over chicken pieces.
Note: I made this ahead of time and froze it in individual servings. When we went camping, I took a frozen serving out of the ziplock, wrapped it in foil and put it on the BBQ to defrost and heat through. Very Yummy out in the mountain air!
