Pumpkin Cream Pie
8 oz container of Cool Whip Free
2 1/2 cups skim milk
2 pks. sugar fee instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 9" low-fat pie crust
Blend pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice together. Add milk. Blend in the pudding mx and the whipped topping and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into pie shell and chill for serveral hours.
