Pumpkin Muffins (WW Golden Spoon Recipe)

1 sereving cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving)
18 1/4 oz unprepared yellow cake mix
12 oz canned pumpkin
1 tsp gound cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves

1. Coat two, 12 hole muffin tins with cooking spray.
2. Combine cake mix, pumpkin and spices in a large bowl and beat until light.
3. Divide batter among muffin tins and bake according to directions for cake mix. Yields 1 muffin per serving.
