    Spicy Pumpkin Curry Soup

    2 Cups organic veggie stock
    15oz canned pumpkin
    1 can Rotel
    1/4 C. Half & Half
    1 tsp. curry powder
    Heat stock, pumpkin and Rotel to a simmer. Add half & half and curry powder. 6 servings at 1 point each
