    List of Ingredients




    2-1/4 cups water
    1 cup uncooked converted rice
    1/2 tsp Creole seasoning

    Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir in rice and Creole
    seasoning. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from
    heat; let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff
    with a fork.

    Serves 4 (3/4 cup)
