    Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Tuna
    from Fast, Cheap and Easy, p. 134
    Serves 4 Freezes well.

    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 cup + 2 Tbsp. (4 1/2 oz) shredded Kraft red-fat
    Cheddar Cheese
    2 c. hot cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed & drained
    1 (6 oz.) can white tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. (one 2 oz. jar) chopped pimiento, drained

    Preheat oven to 375* Spray an 8x8 in. baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet, combine mushroom soup, skim milk, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Stir in Cheddar cheese. Cook over med heat until cheese melts, stirring often. Add macaroni, tuna, and pimiento. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 min. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 min. Divide into 4 servings.
    Each serving = HE: 2 1/4 pro, 1 brd, 1/2 slider, 9 opt. cal.
