    Mushroom Tuna Melt

    1 large portabella mushroom cap, rinsed and gills (underside) removed
    1 indivual vacuum sealed package Tuna in water
    1 T Fat Free Mayonnaise
    Pickle Relish
    Celery Salt
    Pepper
    2 slices FF Sharp Cheddar Cheese

    Instructions


    1. After cleaning the portabella mushroom, spray underside lightly with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Place cap in toaster oven, underside up, and cook for 3-5 minutes
    2. While mushroom cap is cooking, combine tuna, mayo, relish, celery salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well.
    3. Remove cap from oven. Spoon tuna onto mushroom, forming a small mound.
    4. Unwrap and place both slices of cheese over tuna.
    5. Place back in toaster oven and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    6. Enjoy 1 serving at 3 points
