1 can chunk light tuna in water.
1 boiled egg.
1/4 cup onion cut up fine.
2 tbsp fat free mayo.
1 tomato sliced.
1 slice fat free cheese.
3 sugar free whole wheat buns.
Drain tuna and mix with chopped boil egg, onion, and mayo.
shape tuna into six thin patties. Cut cheese into 3 strips. Fold strips of cheese and place folded cheese on one tomato slice. Place tomato and cheese in between 2 thin tuna patties. Pinch edges to close. Place in bun. Wrap in foil. Heat in oven for cheese to melt about 10 minutes on 350. And serve.
