    List of Ingredients




    Almond Chicken Salad Serves 4 (1/2 cup)

    1 full cup (6 oz) diced cooked chicken breast
    1/4 cup (1oz) toasted slivered almonds
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup kraft fat-free mayo
    1 Tbl lemon juice
    1 Tbl chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried flakes
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper

    In a medium bowl, combine chicken, almonds, and celery. In a small bowl, combine mayo, lemon juice, parsley, salt & pepper. Blend into chicken mixture and toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
