    Sesame-Ginger Dressing

    Mix with shredded napa cabbage for an Asian slaw, or
    use for a chicken or pasta salad.

    Makes about 2/3 cup

    Ingredients

    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 cup Amazing Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
    1 tbsp chopped scallions
    1 1/2 tsp rice-wine vinegar
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp honey

    Rub the inside of a small bowl with garlic; discard garlic. Add mayonnaise to
    the bowl along with ginger, scallions, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, mustard
    and honey; stir to blend.

    SERVING SIZE: 1 tablespoon
