Exchanges: per 1/2 cup serving: 1 vegetable, 1/4 fruit, 1 fat
Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh chopped broccoli
1 cup raisins
1 medium onion to equal 3 tablespoons
4 tablespoons Bacos
1 cup diet mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 packets Equal
Preparation:
Mix dressing. Pour over broccoli mixture, stir and chill until ready to serve.
