Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing

1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until blended. Stir in onions and cheese. 1 point per 1/2 cup serving
