Chinese Cabbage Salad*

Chinese Cabbage Salad
3 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
1 cup (one 8 oz can) sliced water chestnuts, drained
½ cup (2.5 oz jar) sliced mushrooms, drained
½ cup chow mein noodles
¼ cup Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise
1 to 2 Tablespoons La Choy Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Stir in chow mein noodles. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce and onion flakes. Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
