    4 cups fresh broccoli florets (3/4 lb.)
    4 cups fresh cauliflowerets (3/4 lb.)
    1 med. red onion, chopped
    2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

    Dressing:
    1 cup fat free mayonnaise
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1 Tbls. splenda (called for 1 Tbls. sugar, changed to make it Core)
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    pepper to taste

    Instructions


    In a large bowl, combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
