    12 oz cranberries
    5 small apple(s)
    1/3 cup SPLENDA
    2 (4 serving size pkg.) strawberry sugar-free jello
    3 1/2 cup water







    Instructions


    Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Set aside. Place frozen cranberries in food processor. Pulse til finely chopped. Remove to bowl. Quarter and seed apples. Add to processor and finely chop. Add to cranberries. Sprinkle with Slenda and stir to combine. Spread in 15in. jelly roll pan. Pour liquid gelatin over top. Chill til set. Cut in 16 pieces. Serve on lettuce leaf.Be sure your cranberries are frozen. It helps to set up the gelatin. If you want to use this for a dessert, serve with 2 Tbls. of Cool Whip Free. 0 points per serving
