2 oz Fish, cooked, cooled,flaked
1 tb Diet mayonnaise
1/4 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Lemon pepper seasoning
1 tb Celery, diced
1 t Parsley, chopped
Lettuce leaves
Cucumber slices
Alfalfa sprouts
1 sm Tomato, sliced

6 oz Vegetable juice
2 Breadsticks
1) In small bowl, combine fish, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon pepper, celery,
and parsley.
2) Serve on lettuce leaves with cucumber, sprouts, and tomato.
