    Chuck Wagon Stew

    8 oz. ground lean 90% turkey or beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 3/4 cups (one 15 oz can) Hunts Tomato Sauce
    2 tsp. Jo's Chili seasoning
    1 tbs. brown sugar twin
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    6 ounces (one 8 oz can) red kidney beans rinsed and drained
    2 cups (one 16 oz can) cut green beans, rinsed and drained
    2/3 cup (2 oz) uncooked minute rice

    In a large skilletsprayed with butter flabored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato sauce JO's Chili Seasoning, brown sugar twin, parsley flakes, black pepper, and kidney beans. Add green beans and uncooked rice. Mix well to combine. ring mixture to a boil. Lower heat cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

    Serves 4 (1 1/4 cups) Each serving equals:
