Chunky Beef Stew*

List of Ingredients
1 lb lean boneless top round steak
3-1/2 cups water, divided
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsps beef flavored bouillon granules
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves
3/4 lb round red potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 large stalks celery, diagonally cut into 1 inch pieces
2-1/2 tbsps all purpose flour
Trim fat from steak. Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add meat, and cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Add 3 1/4 cups water, onion, and next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes. Add potato, celery, and carrot. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Combine flour and remaining 1/4 cup water, stirring until smooth. Add to Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook, uncovered, 10 additional minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Remove and discard bay leaves.
