Serves 6 (1-1/2 cups)
List of Ingredients
1 (10-3/4 oz) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
1 cup hot water
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
16 ozs lean round steak, cut into 36 pieces
3 cups diced raw potatoes
2 cups sliced carrots
1-1/2 cups sliced celery
1 cup chopped onion
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared
container, combine tomato soup, water, and parsley flakes. Stir in meat. Add
potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook
on LOW for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
