List of Ingredients
Easy Meatless Chili (April 2000 newsletter, pg 7)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 14 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 10 3/4 can Healthy Request Tomatoe Soup
1 cup water
1 16oz can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained (I drained but used the liquid and added water to equal 1 cup in place of 1 cup water)
2 tsps of Jo's Chili seasoning
In large saucepan sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown onion and green pepper (I also added minced garlic). Add everything else and simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally.
4 servings (1 1/4 cups)
