    James's Quick and Thick Chili--freezes well--Serves 4 (1 1/4 cups)

    8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    10 ounces (one 16 oz can) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 3/4 cups (one 14 1/2 ounce can) stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 3/4 cups (one 8 oz can) Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    1 Tablespoon taco seasoning
    In a large saucepan sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown
    meat and onion. Stir in pinto beans, undrained stew tomatoes, tomato
    sauce, and taco seasoning. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer
    for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Each Serving Equals: 225 Calories ; 5 gm Fat ; 17 gm Protein ; 28 gm
    Carbohydrate;
    770 mg Sodium; 91 mg Calcium ; 8 gm Fiber
    HE: 2 3/4 Protein; 2 Vegetable
