    Fix-It and Forget-It Lightly

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
    2 cups celery, thinly sliced
    2 cups cabbage, chopped
    8 oz pkg frozen green beans
    1 onion, chopped
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    3 envelopes dry low-sodium beef-flavored soup mix
    3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    Water to cover

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on high 5 hours.

    Note: If you like, stir in a handful or two of baby spinach just before
    serving.
