    List of Ingredients

4 cups ( two 16 ounce cans ) healthy request chicken broth
    1/2 cup water ( I added an additional 1 1/2 cups )
    1 cup diced celery
    2 cups diced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions ( I added this to the recipe, optional )
    1 1/2 cups ( 8 ounces ) diced cooked chicken breast
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper ( I used fresh cracked pepper )
    1 1/ cups ( 2 1/4 ounces ) uncooked noodles
Fat Fre parmesan cheese ( optional )

In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, water, celery, carrots
and onion if you are using them.

Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in chicken, parsley flakes, basil, and
black pepper. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add
ncooked noodles. Mix well to combine. Continue simmering for about
12 to 15 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately. Sprinkle with a little bit of parmesan cheese for
that extra taste, if you like.
