1 - bag (28oz.) frozen O’briens Potatoes (Ore-Ida)
1 - pkg. (2½ oz.) Williams or Pioneer Brand (white) country gravy mix
(doesn’t matter what brand … just look for one with 2.5 g. fat or fewer per serving
if you’re lucky, there’s a Fat Free one out there somewhere!)
3 - 14 oz. cans fat free chicken broth
I added these ingredients:
1 - Tbl. cornstarch mixed with a little water
salt and pepper (I like LOTS of pepper) to taste
Instructions
Add gravy mix to ONE can of the broth and dissolve thoroughly. Add remaining broth and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken and then add frozen potatoes. Simmer 20-30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
