Spicy Vegetable Cheese Soup

List of Ingredients
3 cans (14oz each) vegetable or chicken broth
2 bags (16oz each) frozen carrot, broccoli, cauliflower vegetable blend
1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
10 oz Velveeta Light, cut into 1-2" cubes
In a large soup pot combine broth and frozen vegetables. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Add tomatoes and cheese cubes. Stir until all the cheese has melted.
