Steakhouse Soup
1 1/2 cups frozen sliced carrots - thawed
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans - thawed
1 3/4 cups Swanson beef froth (14 1/2 oz. can)
1 cup finely diced cooked lean roast beef (6 oz.)
3/4 cup frozen peas - thawed
3/4 cup frozen whole kernel corn - thawed
1 cup diced cooked potatoes (4 oz.)
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 jar Heinz FF beef gravy (12 oz.)
In an 8 cup measuring bowl, combine carrots, green beans and beef broth. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in beef, peas, corn, potatoes, onion flakes, parsley flakes and gravy. Recover and continue to microwave on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 (1 cup)
Serves 4 (1 1/2 cups each) Can be FROZEN.
