    List of Ingredients




    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 package (1.25 oz) reduced sodium taco seasoning mix (Old El Paso makes one)
    1 package ( 1oz) ranch salad dressing mix ( Hidden Valley has a fat free one)
    1 can (15 oz) black beans
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 can (15.5 oz) northern beans
    1 can (15.5 oz) pinto beans
    16 oz broth or water or 1 can lite beer (I use fat free chicken broth)
    1 can (14 1/2 oz) tomatoes with chilies (like Ro-Tel)
    1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes

    Brown turkey in a large stock pot. Drain excess fat. Add taco and ranch
    seasoning mix to turkey.

    Drain and rinse canned beans. Add to turkey in stock pot. Add all remaining
    ingredients. Bring to a boil. Serve hot.
