    3 points/cup

    28 ounce can Tomato Sauce
    28 ounce can Tomato Puree or Crushed Tomatoes
    28 ounces of Chicken Broth
    28 ounces of Water
    1 pound 93% ground beef, browned
    1 package tortellini (I used Barilla Porcini Mushroom flavor - 4.5 servings per package), cooked
    Italian seasoning to taste (I used garlic, fresh basil, oregano...)

    1. Put all canned ingredients and water in a large soup pot with seasonings. Simmer gently.
    2. Add cooked ground beef.
    3. In a separate pot, cook the tortellini until slightly overdone.
    4. Add the tortellini and any fresh herbs you are using to the tomato soup and enjoy!

    Makes about 12 cups - I figured it at 3 points per cup. This would be great with a little parmesan cheese grated on top and served with garlic toast. It is very filling!
