Whole Wheat Tortillas

List of Ingredients
2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 C. Olive Oil
2/3 C. Warm water
· (Seasonings)

In medium bowl mix dry ingredients
Add olive oil and slowly add water
Mix up until sides of bowl are clean
Then empty dough onto a floured surface and
Knead for 2-5 minutes, making dough into a ball
Flatten the dough ball and divide into 8 wedges
Roll wedges into balls and let sit for 15mins
Roll out dough into circles approx. 1/16-1/8 thick
Heat up a nonstick skillet or frying pan
In hot skillet cook tortillas turning after brown specs are made
On one side then the other... remove from heat and serve warm
Makes 8 9"-10" tortillas
* By adding different seasonings you can vary the flavor of your tortillas
(i.e. by adding Chile Powder or Goya's Sazon (to taste) you will have a wrap
that taste like Nacho chips....) and so on
These tortillas can also be used as pizza crust just add sauce and cheese and
bake until done.
