    1 small jicama, peeled and julienned, about 4 cups (520 g)
    1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
    1 jalapeño chile pepper, seeded and finely minced
    3 tablespoons (45 ml) fresh lime juice
    1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh orange juice
    2 tablespoons (8 g) finely minced cilantro


    Combine all ingredients, tossing to mix well.
    Serve cold.
