    2 pound raw extra lean ground beef
    1 large onion(s)
    1 large green pepper(s)
    4 oz canned mushrooms
    14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes
    12 oz canned tomato paste
    29 oz canned crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 cup water
    6 serving whole wheat lasagna pasta
    15 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
    20 oz fat-free cottage cheese
    8 serving fat free mozarella cheese
    1 egg


    Spice it up with oregano, fennel, basil, thyme, garlic, etc. - to suit your own tastes. Layer in 1 13 X 9 pan and 1 8 X 8 square. We served the big one for guests and froze the smaller one for later use. Bake at 350 for @ 1 hr. 10 min. YOU DON'T NEED TO COOK THE NOODLES FIRST.

    Note: If you cut the 13x9 into 9 pcs. and the 8 x 8 into 4 pcs. they are 6 points each. If you cut the 13 x 9 into 12 pcs. and the 8 x 8 into 6 pcs. they are 4 points each.
