Boarding House Scalloped Corn*

List of Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup water
2 eggs, beaten, or equivalent in egg substitute
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1 tbsp Splenda Granular
1/8 tsp black pepper
14 small fat-free soda crackers, made into crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with
butter-flavored cooking spray In a large bowl, combine cream-style com, dry
milk powder, and water. Stir in eggs, parsley flakes, onion flakes, Splenda,
ahd black pepper. Add cracker crumbs. Mix well to combine. Pour mixture into
prepared baking dish. Bake for 35 to40 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack
and let set for 5 minutes. Divide inro 6 servings.
