Greek Pasta Salad

Salad:
2 cups small shell or bowtie pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives (kalamata)
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
Dressing:
2 tabl. lemon juice
2 tabl. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 teas. each, oregano, salt & pepper
1 tabl. fresh parsley, chopped (or more)
Combine all veggies in bowl. In separated bowl make vinegrette. Cook pasta, drain & cool and add to veggies and vinegrette mixing gently so not to break the pasta. Chill for a while so flavours can blend.
Serves 4 to 6
