    Shake N'Bake Coconut Shrimp:
    2/3 cup coconut, toasted
    1 packet of Shake N'Bake original for chicken
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 egg
    1 lb. cleaned shrimp (16-20 count)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400. Toss coconut with curry and red pepper in a pie plate. Beat an egg in a separate plate. Dip each shrimp into egg then into coating mixture, pressing shrimp into coat evenly on both sides. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

    **to toast coconut: preheat oven to 350. spread coconut in shallow baking pan. Bake 7 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
